True Success in life is a function of Godly Wisdom applied rightly. This Godly wisdom can only be found in THE FEAR OF GOD. What is the meaning of the fear of God? The fear of God is not being terrified, dread, scared paralyzed and afraid of God because of His judgment and punishment on those who disobey Him. Since we know that God is our Father that always loves and forgives us, simply put, the Fear of God is to  love, reverence, submit, esteem, value, honour  and trust Him.  It is to love and obey God and His Word and live by it. Fearing God means having such a reverence for Him that it has a great impact on the way you live your live. Fearing God should be motivated by His love and understanding that He has a good plan for your life. The early New Testament church walked in the fear of the Lord (Acts 9:31), That is the positive fear of the Lord. The right understanding of the Fear of God enable us to relate with God in loving, intimate and reverential way. In this regard, believers will manifest a holy living, creativity, excellence, kindness, respect for authorities, fervent in spirit, boldness to do what is right, prosperous, honesty, faithful and reliable. The fear of God never decreases a person but uplifts.
